Cancellation Policy / No-show Policy / Payment Conditions

• For official rates: In case of cancellation 3 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• For official rates: In case of no-show or earlier departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• For non-refundable rates: A full prepayment is required upon reservation (Bank transfer or Credit Card). In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, no amount may be returned in any occasion.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize Credit Cards prior to guests’ arrival.
